Hello all Guys !
In this tutorial I will show you how to create a Horrifying ( scary ) face.
I will use Avril Lavigne photo.

1. Open the image.

2 . Take Elipse Tool and using this color "8a1e1e" create to small circles to eyes !

3. Now put them to overlay ! How will look :

4. Create a new layer
5. Choose a simple brush and use the color : "10196f"

6. Brush around the eyes !

7. Change this layer to overlay.
8. Now you create him more "blood"
9. Play with the liquify tool Filter > Liquify
