how frequently do you update your blog with new blog posts, pages, etc.

At my user blog at vBSEO.com i usually update it on a weekly basis;
posting about 1-2 posts per week.

3-4 post a day - 1 post in 15 days

2 - 3 posts per day

I usually post 2-3 posts per day.Over rushing would be bad and since my blog is new,not posting would be worst!

i usually post daily , one per day . but i have 3 blogs that means around 3 posts per day .
