I am 17 year old and I have Election Voting Card ( Anything possible in India )

I have PAN card too but its 'Minor' I will get regular card after 4 months.

Applied for a minor PAN in January this year. Got rejected as I didn't submit all the required documents.
Will apply next time for a regular one when im 18. darn.
