When trying to track down a pesky bug, step 1, make sure the page validates.

In reality, the only way to make sure your site is working is to try it on IE6,7,8 Firefox, etc.

I do also the validation of my sites and I want my site to be compatible on most browsers. I do a lot of SEO techniques for it to be more optimize in the web

Andera0020, its better if you check it regularly that is the best practie ti oimprove your site s that it will be SEO friendly. Take time to fix even those small issues in your site and once the site is validated that is the start of earning your visitors of course with the help of building quality links

It’s good to see that the majority of us take the time to validate our code and build a better site. One of the biggest benefits in being standards compliant is improved compatibility with other web applications. Your html may be invalid and just because a browser can render the page ok doesn’t mean that it can understand it or that it works. Being standards complaints allow data mining tools like Google the ability to index and extract the meaning much better.
