I think Joomla is best but little confusable too.
Wordpress is simple and cool.

i also think that joomla is the best CMS . there are lots of themes for it and has some great power . you can be in full control .

Almost all CMS now have mod_rewrite plugin or mod_rewrite already built-in.
Joomla is good. Drupal is also good.
