It's good. I like the way you designed your personal website. All you need to do now is the content. Nice web design doesn't mean you can attract visitor to your website, but the content as well. Keep it up

no it is very easy
but it need alot try
try it and read alot tutorials about [FLASH - HTML or PHP or ASP(as you wan)]

And web designing indeed is very easy, and you don't even need HTML, PHP or ASP. That's for non-flash pages...
And if you see a website that you like, just try to pick a theme, watch more websites, and learn a lot! That's what I did...
