How do you code/slice layouts?

Well I need to learn how to code & slice layouts for my web site.

if you are a beginner, you may start with Dreamweaver or Frontpage..Than u can make layouts with Photoshop&Imageready and export them as a webpage...For coding, u have many choices like php, asp, perl etc...

Well, you're going to need to...first get a program like Photoshop and slice up the picture then import them to dream weaver and decode the CSS.

Well you're going to need the CSS to code the actual template. But, if you're just slicing I'm pretty sure you just need a program like Photoshop and a some (X)HTML skills.
