Suggestions in making a site

Hi my aunt wanted me to make a site for them..
I still don't know much about designing.. Can anyone give me some tools or maybe help me in developing a website...

I need to make something like http://www.hanford.com.ph/

Something that will promote an underwear.. The main think we need is a product catalog wherein there will be thumbnails of the each of the underwear products and the people could click the thumbnail to view the bigger picture

Can anyone suggest some easy tools or maybe pre made scripts that I could use?

Well you could use a php script called osCommerce... works really well...many webmasters use it!
