well its really not that bad though, atleast he tried his best, that is more than enough

you should not discourage anyone who want to show his good talent, i appreciates any talents. anyways good try kushagra

No one discourage him, i think.

It's a bold opinion, gaphics already made by someone. He change the color just, which is blindly easy with photoshop.

But he actually wants to tell it's match with CUG. It's his innocent point of view.

My view is , graphics advertisement must not match with site color. It should look bold crashing ! So that can can easily attract ppl. plus color doesn't look bright, you can make it bright.. becoz matching but bright color can work!

acha acha i thought xtreme is discouraging him lol i dont have much knowledge about logos & banners in photoshop so i cannot comment on it.
