Does anyone know the best and most efficient way to learn and educate myself more advanceley with PHP and CSS. I desire to learn more about this wonderful computer language.

Well this is the best site i've also been to...I learned my basics from there..

Just read the basics and apply them...you won't learn them in a go...but slowly and steadily you will learn them...

Yeah, GO w3schools...i just printed off all of their PHP stuff, and I have about a full ream of paper!
