New layout & icons

I made a layout. But it seems that something's wrong -> I don't know what it is. What do you think?

If anyone wants a House MD icon, then you can get them form my livejournal!

You should remove that bottom black thing and put that Dolted Designs to match with the background and you can make a wallpaper or something from it.
