Evil Pet System V1

This adds a simple pet system to your forum wich allows users to pick a pet and give it a name,
the admin decides what pets eat. a pet can eat only once per hour, what it eats can be modified by the admin.
also if you're really sick of your pet there a option to kill it.
Replace <% BOARD %> with <span id='extraPage'><% BOARD %></span>
