Ok Well this is an official Update.

We are finally making a Geekpoint.net Graphics Designing Team.
The Team leaders would be decided upon by Voting this Week, in this Thread.

Terms and Conditions

General

You will be free to design as a Freelancer and remain part of the team, as long as you submit atleast 3 required designs on monthly basis.
Designers are open to share their ideas on anything, but only those selected by Team Leaders would be sent further for the buyer's approval.
All designs would be officially owned by Geekpoint.net upon submission, and the management reserves the right to not to disclose the designer's name.
The designer reserves the right to not to submit a design if he thinks, he is not being judged well.
Respecting each other would be the first thing, you'll be doing as part of the team.
The Revenue earned from the design would be given to the designer with 5% Interest earned by Geekpoint.net
All designers are required to have some sort of Payment Gateway like Paypal available. We'll try for others, but cannot assure its feasibility.
Designers who are observed to steal designs from others, or use Template images as it is would be Removed from the team.
While designing Headers, or other Business Images, ONLY STOCK PHOTOS or those THAT DONOT HAVE A COPYRIGHT are allowed to be included in the Image.
The designer has to submit the Source Files to the Team Leader.

For Team Leaders

You will have to show exceptional Management skills, when it comes to handling your Team.
When you get the Source Files, you'll upload them to an Online Account like Adrive.com, and retain them with you.
You'll have constant support from Team Staff on this Regard.

For Advertisers

You are required to advertise the Team on Forums, Blogs and Whereever possible.
The 5% interest earned would be shared amongst the Advertisers and Admins.

So what we will do? I think the first step is to tell us what you know as a geek-er.
Ex me: I know HTML PHP .NET Photoshop AfterEffects but I'am not expert in all of this.I am better at design but i like to code to
