Here are my quick appraisals for your domains:

sizlonics.com - needs a running website to bring traffic, since domain does not contain dictionary words (or even misspelled ones). Well, .com is not everything. For the domain without a website I would estimate around $500 USD, not more.

misleaded.com - blogs are becoming more and more popular, you have dictionary words and a running site. If your contents are good and suited for marketing products and services (which I haven't checked), I would rate it around $5.000 USD at least.

web-talks.com - same as your blog domain. Dictionary words, .com TLD, short enough to get remembered. What else can you expect :-) Would like to own it myself ;-)

juniortalks.com - also here: dictionary words, .com top-level domain, easy to remember. However my first thought went into the direction of children community website.

In short: I wouldn't sell the last three domains for under $5.000 USD, the first one may be disregarded.

By $5.000 USD, I think he meant 5k USD.
People sometimes use a dot (.) instead of a comma (,) as a separator.
