If you want to sell domain then I don't think you will get more then registration fees.

If you sell site with forum then you can get high $xx- low $xxx

Your domain is too long and too specific. "QueenZ" has nothing in common with "Software", so it can be considered as a company-related domain name. While possible, I doubt that there are much companies equally named like yours.

So finally the domain is worth around $300 USD.

Regarding your website, I wouldn't sell it separately. The software you offer are small scripts of average quality (please don't take it personal, I just share my point of view). No market out there.

I do not think that your domain name would attract any one. I do not know why did you choose this one. You should consult some senior members before buying it.
