Or
if you don't have money then sell some link/ad space at your site in exchange of domain registration.

Yes,Credit card is not needed to have an "unverified" paypal.You can use a paypal account without a credit card though I think there are some limits!

I verified my account by a VCC (Virtual Credit Card)
