This time we can't do this.
May be we think about it when we upgrade our forums to vBulletin 3.7 because that time we will add other features too..

Yes, but that would increase the spam post levels.
This way anybody would come, spam the required no. of posts and get the package automatically.

Whereas now, when a user submits a hosting application,
I quickly review the user's posts in the Forum, before giving the hosting account.

This makes sure that only deserving members get the account.
