What is that mod called? or if it isn't a mod, where can i change it on my Admin CP. Thanks.

It's not a mod.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Date and Time Options

Select the 'Detailed' option for the 'Datestamp Display Option' setting.

[Save] now.
