How do I make forum topics purge?

My MySQL disk space is through the roof. It's effecting my 100MB storage limit, so I need to unpack. Step 1 is by purging the entire database of topics made on the forums, and maybe switch hosts. What I mean by purging is when seven or so days pass after a topic is created, the topic is automatically deleted from he database, unless of course a new post was made within the seven days.
