Add tags to phpbb 2 forum

i want to add keywords, description and other tags to my forum index page.
can anybody help me? i m using phpbb 2 forum.

also tell me which website should i use to submit my website to search engines?? which site you have used for submisson?? should i submit them manually??

And for the other one, you can use any Free online Service. I'll recommend, you submit just to Google. That would do just fine. On tips to get to Google's Top 10, you may read my blog.
