My account which has been recently approved has no ftp accounts no more additional subdomains,no mailing lists,no mysql databases.So please cancel my account if you can't provide these features.

Look into the cPanel carefully. All are enabled by default.

FTP Accounts, Sub Domains, Mailing Lists, MySQL Databases : all are present.

No shadab bro its written 0/oo you can check

As i said before, if you look carefully,
it's written ∞ and not oo

∞ = Infinity

So, it means you can create as many email accounts, databases etc. as you want.
