Just do a fresh install?

Seriously though, I am all for keeping it simple. I usually go through a cycle though where I clean my desktop off, clutter it back up, clean it off and so forth...

If you are mobility challenged it may be difficult to walk around and using Electric Mobility Scooters
 can help.

It's the same with a lot of users. (including me).
