I could use some ratings for my site's template (out of 10).

This is the second site design I've come up so far for my site, so I hopefully it's up to standard.

Nice Site Design. However I would recommend that use a Darker Shade of Blue. It would enhance your site's accessibility. The News Titles on the right would look prominent over the white.

I think it is a very clean looking site. Simple and straight forward. I think perhaps it is just a little bit too white though, but I really wouldn't change too much.

Nice, clean site. Maybe you can redesign your sign in section. Because I couldn't see it. I think it will be better if you use dark colors.

Hi

Nice clean design, but your tab like forum, news...color is looking very rough. Use little bit of dark color like blue with this. And also size of font in sign in section.
