Which is better? Phong or Aqa

Hey people,
Look at ••• | phong [ photoshop tutorials, recursive pattern cognition, galactik institution, etc ] and Anders Qvicker - AQ art & design a Swedish Web designer with Photoshop tips and tutorials, Flash MX, Interface design .Tell me which one is better in graphics ?I bet you if you had seen aqa 2 years back,you would have voted for it!
