I use multimedia keyboard.
Its a combo of keyboard and mouse.

I use a multimedia keyboard on my laptop since it has buttons for playing DVD's, play, stop, volume, etc. I can also put the computer to sleep, lock it, get help, etc.

But i hardly use those extra buttons, except the sound control keys.
I just prefer to use my mouse, though, for mail and other shortcuts.
