Hi. Need yor help. - 02-17-2008

Hello all! Im Inesse from NY. Im very fat. And this problem kiil me- my weight is 124 kg.... Help m e pls

If you want to lose weight, then exercising will do very little. You have to actually take in less than you use.
BMR Calculator
Use this to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate.

Then, use this to calculate your daily caloric expenditure.

Then, take maybe 500 calories off the total. If you do this, you will lose 0.5 kg a week. Coupled with regular exercise, you can increase this up to about 1.5 kg a week, but try not to lose more than that.

Next, you need to eat the right foods. No more sugar, trans fats, fatty foods in general, and at least 1 gram of protein per 0.5 kg of lean body mass. This will guarantee you stay not only fuller for longer, but also that most of the weight you lose is fat instead of muscle.
