I tried writing this a while ago with ajax but it didnt really become a succes because it didnt work in IE
now i wrote one using iframes,

well, when you click a page it won't leave the page your currently on, it grabs the html of the page the link linked to and adds it to the current page,
like the non-refresh reload i wrote but than with browsing

it adds a section to the UserCP where the user can define if he wants to enable this feature or not,
if the admin changes the false of the following part of the code to true it will become enabled for ALL users and there will be no new section in the UserCP
