Just created this user rank for administrators,
and set it as the default for all the Administrators of GeekPoint.

More ranks, for the remaining usergroups of Moderators and Super Moderators, will be created soon.

Yeah.. i know, there are currently no mods and super mods assigned,
And of course we won't need any for a fair amount of time to come, at least.

But it would be nice to have the user ranks prepared beforehand.
