I think it is great that you found these lists for us! I use Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 though, it is simply amazing.

i downloaded MS Visual Web developer 2008.
used it first time. Really confused but its good.

it is much more complicated than Dreamweaver, which is second best next to MSVWD-- but there is great tutorials

I use dreamweaver daily....
Its running in my PC most of times.

MSVWD is hard. I don't know anything about windows programming.
I know only php,html and other that I use at linux server

Visual Web Developer is not for windows programming.
It's for developing web pages and web applications.

For making programs for windows,
we use Visual Basic, Visual C (++, #), etc.

called Visual Studio.
