I have a source written in java for an online game, and I have all the files needed to run it. What I don't know is how to put it on my server and create a registration for it.

I don't know much about Java and anything related to it.
But heres my guess...

Create a Java applet that can be run on client-computers.
And then you can restrict access to it via PHP (server-side).
