I usually use Google for majority of the searches.

But for finding informations related to academics i use Wikipedia
and other online encyclopedias.

And for the image search, i simply use Altavista's image search.
Because if the keyword for which i search has a broad scope,
it categories the results into very nice categories and sub-categories.

I would suggest "Altavista" if you go for SEO purpose.

I still love google for life.

If I want relevant results I use google. The only time I use yahoo/msn is just to see where I am ranking.
