One way back links play a very important role in search engines ranking. There are following way to get one way back links.

1-Article submission and comment posting.
2-Own blog creation and comments on blogs.
3-Participation in forums and place a link in signature.
4-Submission in book marking sites.
5-Submission in directories.
6-RSS feed submission
7-Press release submission
8- Classified submission


If you know another way to get one way back links, then please give your valuable comments and suggestions.

SEO is needed because without it no body could find you on google. The better seo you do the higher you will be on google's search engine

You can do Link Exchange but always remember that your link partners' websites should be:

1. Related with your website.
2. High PR (recommended)
3. It must provide your visitor useful/helpful information.

Great list. This is about it right here. There isn't to much more you could do for SEO other than making sure your content on your page stays updated and rich.

Well additional ways apart from the one's mentioned above can be:

8-Participating in Communities (like facebook, MySpace, Orkut etc.....)
9-Q&A sites are also a good source if used properly for getting one way links
10-Social Media Sites (like Youtube(video sharing), SlideShare(Presentation Sharing), Flickr(Photo Sharing) etc.....)
