Which SERP ranking factors do you find effect your website(s) the most?

1. Page Title
2. Age of Domain
3. Title Tags (h1, h2 etc.)
4. Anchor Text of incoming links
5. Just Good Content

Just curious. I know that their are experts who have already ranked these in levels of importance. But in my personal experience I have found that it's different depending on your industry and your competition. Sound off.

I think these all are main factors fro getting SERP. So i can not say which one is more important factor.

1 Age of Domain - pr goes up with age and old sites are hard to beat in serps
2 Keyword in URL - a big advantage to have your keyword phrase in the url
3 Page Title - short 3 word titles are best - any longer and the word value is diluted.
4 Just Good Content - lets you target a range of keywords and related topics
5 Anchor Text of incoming links - lets google understand what your site is about
6 Title Tags (h1, h2 etc.) - lets google understand what your site is about.

4. Meta Tags
5. H1, H2 tags
