Default How to split video file into parts quickly?

Sometimes there is a problem to split big file into parts. For example, I needed to cut out 100 mb that didn't go into disc.
There are many programs helping to do that, but they requires to recode film - it takes several hours.

However I've found a solution: used VideoCharge Full programe (search in Google) - it enables to divide video into parts without recoding!
I could see before my eyes status line and how unwanted 100 mb is being cut out!
At the same time that program enables to divide film into parts by various parametres - by size, time - and the main thing - it works with almost all video formats and allows to join the same films quickly!

So let me get this straight... you need a program that can split a file(in your case a video file) into several pieces without recoding or modifying the original content so you could easily place them in a media like a diskette(1.4mb), cd(700mb) dvd(4gb,9gb... so on) and then later combine them into it's original form?

Try WINRAR

^^

I like WinRAR too. Quick working and clean interface.
Much better than the more popular counterpart : WinZip

But yes, it's no solution to 'real' video splitting.

I use "Magic Video Converter", but I don't think there's an option to not recode again. It does a pretty good job converting and splitting though...
