Looking for software that keeps track of rental checks and costs?

my friend is looking for software that allows him to add up costs from rentals his owns and DVD he sells; he currently does everything by hand. Is there any software that does this, specifically for small personal business? One that is relatively cheap but flexible and allowing some reports as an output.

Rental software is one of the software that is available online that helps to maintain all the business related costs and is able to maintain all the records related to the business.

Only thing one has to do is simply have this software on rent which is made available by many online rental sites and install the software and it will solve all your problems related to the maintenance of records.
