Which is the most effective tool of SEO..i have heard a lot about IBP and SEOelite...Are these any good or just a waste of money?

Why can't you hire someone to DO this all manually.most of the automatic tools are wastes.

The tools are indeed waste of time.
You just have to read some SEO articles and if you have a question you can ask it on a forum.
Seochat.com is a very large SEO forum.

Also google search for seo and others related.,...also here in this forum a lot of SEO stuff would be presented by members.....may be in near future..

Again automated softwares may not help allways...but some automated softwarse are there for directory submission...and others..they may be handy..
