I have a domain name that forwards to the subdirectory of another domain.com/forum, is the best way to transfer PR through a 301 modrewrite?

Can you actually transfer PR?
I dont think so
Pr is set to the said domain name and can-not be transferd.
i have 4 websites
so if you could transfer pr i would have 3 sites with no pr and 1 site with high pr,get my drift
