and website review section.these make a cool forum.
most forums have there why not here.

well, there already is one.

Forum Title : Link Exchange, Sales
Description : Buy, sell or request non-reciprocal / reciprocal (exchange) links to your website.

And for the other suggested forums, they will be made later on.
Currently if you feel that there is no appropriate forum for a particular thread that you want to make, then you can always post it in the Community lounge.
