I have directory The Running Directory
I bought phpld 3.2 and added a good theme

Now i need some finishing to my directory.

First I want to write About Us
you can see it on all pages top-center..

I don't know what to type there.
Please help me to fill this place.

I have added somthing myself there.

Now the next probelm is About PAge
you can find link to about page at footer.
I have to add full page.
help me to write full page.
What should i write on that page.

How many hits to you get to your Directory daily?

Its new so not so much traffic.
But i get 10-15 unique visitor daily.
