Free Hosting or paid hosting ?

I am preffering free web hosting ..

Because i don't need to PAY .. just post !
And it's stable

Great uptime, fast support, good enough features/spec.s

A good uptime is one thing you would rarely get with free hosting.
On free hosting, you would rarely get to see 99.98+ % uptime.

Depending on what kinda hosting
for example i offer free hosting with unlimited space , bandwidth, and unlimited expiration date FREE with a 100% guarantee (not telling the name cause I am afraid it will be considered spamming) .but this is a upload/download service like rapid and others...

I am using paid host. Free is not bad.
It depends on what you need.

When I ask people about free hosting I always request 2 GB
Because I never know , about how much space I need.

i can never recommand free hosting, i have tried so many free hosting, but hmmm none of them i liked it, as they have either shutdown there hosting or keep on changing there site lol i better prefer paid hosting.
