Do you keep hosting for your site/forum in your PC?
How do you keep your computer safe?
For example : I want my site to going 24/7 , for this I must to keep my pc online 24/7 ? ..

yes you need to keep your pc online. but you can also restrict to some hours if guys who visit your website come from your country.
For example you have no visit from 22h to 7h each day, you could shutdown your pc at these time.

Hello:
First you will need apache for website
you will need a ns or a record for your site to display on intnet usign a domain or a free subdomain with dns or a record
then you will need php + mysql for forum

alternatively wamp and xammp can eb used where all thse come as a package
But i WILL NEVER RECOMMEND you to run oit on home pc for security and process and speed matter
your site will be sick beleive me if you run it on home pc

You can host your site on your home if you can buy a server and a high speed net connection.

all other things you can get for free
