They are more or less equal, so without giving you a price estimation, I would compare the quality of these hoster's customer service... if it's the same hoster, choose the cheaper one.

Basically a simple webserver does not need to have a real powerful CPU; the type of harddisk and memory is an important criterion (beside the Internet connection, of course).
