Some serious issues with the meta tags.
Your site's page title, meta keywords and meta description contain the same long content.

The page title should be short and catchy!
No excessive keywords or stuffing.

The page's meta description should contain a very brief summary of what a user can expect on that particular page. And the description should be about 150-200 characters in length. Not more than that. Anything more than that won't be displayed in the search engine's results.

Also you have way too many keywords on your index (home) page. I counted nearly 19 or 20 keywords. You should limit to a maximum of 8 - 12 (that's what i do) keywords (or keyphrases) per page. And list only those keywords which you think are most important and relevant to the page's content.

Also you can try to re-design your homepage slightly;
to include some sample jewelery products.

Another note: I couldn't find any shopping cart on your site.
If a visitor wants to buy a particular product from you, how does he buy ?
