Could someone give me some of their thoughts, feedbacks, and suggestions please.

Domain is good and forum is also good..
But a good theme can make it look better.

What do you mean by better theme?

What's wrong with the current theme?

Good forum. I'm a member there too.
Skin seems fine to me. I like dark-on-light skins with a fluid layout.

Some issues that you need to sort out :

1. The forum is accessible thru both : www.admin-lounge.com & admin-lounge.com .

2. Image Resizer mod's CSS seems to be present in the headinclude template of your skin. Not necessary, i suggest you to move the that CSS to the main CSS file. This will reduce 20 lines of code on 'each' page load.

3. Similar to what vbseo.com does, you can setup a CRR to change forum.php to forum/

4. Don't know why i personally dislike 3 column layouts like : content in the middle with 2 sidebars (left & right). A 2|3-col layout which many 'Blogs' use, like : main content on left, 1|2 sidebars on right, is much better. Thats because currently on your homepage, a spider that visits, has to go thru all these modules (boxes) : Site Navigation, Online Users, Stats, Search and finally Login box, before it sees your actual content (ie, your post snippets pulled from the 'Resource Center').
