Is this SEO forum? Then why not its SEO optimized.
First of all make your title look better.

For phpBB 3 there is also a SEO URL hack.
Default theme looks good but go for a better theme.

May want to use a keyword suggestion tool such as wordtracker or overture for keywords and keyword phrases.

Well the forum looks ok. You have a few members which is a good start. You should change the design from that default one to attract more people and change your logo.

I noticed that they did not have articles or tutorials, which I would want besides the forum. I go to get information and help. First I check if they have tutorials or FAQs, then articles. If not, then the forum. I also check on the response time (to get answers) some forums are quick and others are prompt (no matter how long it takes). I try and avoid the prompt ones.
