Hmm...honestly, I don't really like the design. The colors don't go together well and the shadows on everything would look good if they were a lot "less" you know what I'm saying? Make the shadows smaller or closer to what they are "shading". In my opinion, the site is badly cluttered with all kinds of stuff going on and with the colors all blaring and changing as you look around the page it makes it, quite un-appealing! I would leave this site even if i did a google search and it was #1 on page #1 for what I was looking for...it's so cluttered i wouldn't know where to begin and i would already have a headache from the colors, so i would just leave....I know that might not be what you want to hear, but I'm just telling you what might keep your visitors a little better...

I'm a graphic designer so sorry if i sound a little harsh

1. As already said by Xavier_3d and iBlaze, the colors don't match and the shadows don't look good too.

2. Don't use bold text too much. More than 60% of text on the homepage is bold.

3. A fluid layout is suggested. And if you need to really have a fixed layout, make it centered.

4. Your code-to-content ratio is ~ 9%. ie, nine % actual content and ninety-one % markup.
Make all your javascripts and css styles 'external'. This will improve your page loading speeds too.

5. There's too much whitespace in the footer. Not really needed.
