Hello everyone,

I just upload a new blog, I will appreciate if everyone can review the blog for me. The blog can be find here: The Medical Plus, please let me know what you think about the blog and the theme. And if you know about a better and nice free theme for this blog, please let me know.

Looking forward for your comment.

Thanks

Looks better than 85% of the sites out there. I give it a B+

if the purpose of your site is the blog, then you've done your job. It is an attractive blog and I'd read it if the content was good. If you're trying to sell or promote something, then... I didn't get that out of it.

My nitpicks:
1. The left-hand side menu is just too fat. Too much design, too little text. On the internet bigger is not better and content is king. You look at all the big boys and their content is what sticks out, not their design. The design is good though, can you make the menu thinner and retain the design so your actual blog post text is more important?

The only other point on the menu side is I don't quite like the font where it says 'Navigation Menu'. Fruity fonts are hard to read, distracting and just don't work for serious subjects. I'd accept it if it was your logo, but why do you want to fruitify something as unimportant as 'Navigation Menu'? Reconsider!

2. Top/Header. Again, bigger is not better. The pictures are nice, but can you make it shorter? It takes up way too much real estate and takes away from your content. Also, can you change the header font for The Medical Plus, it looks too standard.

3. Your comments links are white, like your menu. White works for the menu, but white on the comments doesn't give enough contrast with the light pink background. Go into your CSS and change your comments links to another, darker color.

Good job bro!

A nice looking website.

I agree that it looks better than some sites.
